Milay is a Malagasy word which means ‘wonderful, no problems to be expected’. The MILAY trek is a three-day stay in Fetraomby with easy walks and time for a swim near the waterfall. Every night, you will sleep in one of the comfortable guest rooms with a private but basic bathroom.

Summary

The MILAY trek means three days and two nights experiencing the beautiful nature around Fetraomby. During the trek you will pass by several villages where you will experience the friendliness of the population and the region’s culture. The fauna is diverse, you will probably spot chameleons, lemurs, geckos and other animals endemic to Madagascar. You might want to swim near the waterfall and you will have sufficient time to get to know Fetraomby and its inhabitants a little better (Fetraomby is the main village of the Fetraomby borough). The trek will be accompanied by an English or French-speaking guide.
